Groups
CCHL Groups provide a forum where people with related challenges can meet and learn from one another, with support from one of CCHL’s outstanding professionals in the domains of psychology, fitness, or nutrition.
Groups occur on an ongoing basis, without a pre-determined end-point. Commitment for minimum of a 4-week block up front is required.
